Permian Basin Artist Registry is a database of creative individuals located in the Permian Basin. This registry is used by Odessa Arts to connect artists to opportunities, and to promote the works of local artists to the community. Odessa Arts member artists are also highlighted in the Odessa Arts Gallery.

The City of Odessa and Odessa Arts are collaborating with the Amy Bell Sports Foundation to select a logo for the new sports complex. This contest is open to all students in Ector County from grades K through college. Applicants are encouraged to create and submit a logo that will brand the sports complex as the premier destination for sports activities in West Texas.

The design should reflect clean lines and impactful iconography (think Nike or Coca-Cola). Design can be black & white or color.

Contest is open from April 1, 2024 through May 15, 2024. A committee made up of representatives from the City of Odessa, Odessa Arts, and the Amy Bell Sports Foundation will select five finalists. The finalists will be revealed on social media the week of June 1st and the public will be able to vote on their favorite. The winning design will be announced in June.

The winning artist will receive a $1,500 scholarship to use at either Odessa College or the University of Texas of the Permian Basin.
